The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

If the exchange is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong size, color, or product, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange. In cases where the exchange is requested for any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
